We work with experienced textile manufacturers and makers, and production methods and materials vary depending on the individual product.
Are Kotton Bar products OEKO-TEX® certified?
Selected towels, peshtemals and robes are made with OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 certified textiles.
Certification does not apply to every Kotton Bar product, so please refer to individual product information when certification is relevant to your purchase.
How long does it take for my order to ship?
Orders typically leave our U.S. facility within 2–3 business days.
Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and destination.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer complimentary U.S. shipping on orders of $100 or more.
What is your return policy?
We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us and Kotton Bar will cover the applicable return shipping costs.

Do you offer exchanges?
At this time, we do not process direct exchanges.

We recommend placing the new order as soon as possible, as availability may be limited.
