30-Day Return Policy

We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition. Proof of purchase is required.

Items returned without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

For standard returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us before returning it. Kotton Bar will make it right and cover the applicable return shipping costs.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us as soon as possible if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.

Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards and items specifically marked Final Sale cannot be returned.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not process direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size, color, or style, please return the eligible item and place a new order for the item you prefer.

We recommend placing the new order as soon as possible, as availability may be limited.

If you are returning an eligible item because you prefer another size, color, or style, return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.
