Shipping

Kotton Bar currently ships within the United States. Our products are stocked in the U.S. and orders typically leave our facility within 2–3 business days.

We offer complimentary U.S. shipping on orders of $100 or more.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and destination.

Returns

We want you to feel good about what you bring into your home. Unused products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be returned unused and in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, Kotton Bar will cover the return shipping cost. Please contact us through our Contact page so we can help.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not process direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or style, please return the eligible item and place a new order for the item you prefer.

We recommend placing the new order as soon as possible, as availability may be limited. If you are returning an eligible item because you prefer another size, color, or style, return shipping costs are your responsibility.

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us before returning it. Kotton Bar will make it right and cover the applicable shipping costs.
